The Returns & Cancellations policies below apply ONLY to products purchased on uk.wwrd.com. Products purchased from Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton Dealers or Company Stores are not eligible.

Returns

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. We take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery but unfortunately accidents can happen. Should any product arrive damaged or imperfect, we will, if necessary, collect and replace it free of charge.

In the unlikely event you do not wish to keep a product after it has arrived, you have 14 days from delivery to return the unused product to us in its orginal condition.

Upon receipt of the product(s) in the original condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days for the amount charged for the product to the credit card used to place the order.

Gift Returns: If the product was received as a gift we will issue an electronic gift certificate (via email) for the value of the returned product(s) to spend on uk.wwrd.com .

Please follow these instructions to return your product(s).

Step 1 (IMPORTANT)

Contact one of our friendly Customer Service Advisors on +44 (0)1782 40 40 45 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) to obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and confirm your return options:

Option 1 - I have changed my mind: If you simply do not wish to keep the products please arrange for return delivery at your own cost. This cost is not refundable. It is important that you receive proof of postage.

Option 2 - The product is damaged/imperfect: We will try to arrange collection free of charge in these instances. On some occasions we will not require a return, please speak with our Customer Service Advisors to understand what is required. We may require photographs of the damaged product in order to issue a refund and to help inform our quality control teams.

Step 2

Download the eCommerce Returns Form Download the WWRD eCommerce Returns Form and complete the details required (see 'Instructions for Returns' on page 1) and apply the label (page 2) to the top of the packaging. Please ensure you have put the RAN number on both parts.

Step 3

Based on the options above please send you returns back via a local post office or a pre-arranged courier service agreed between yourself and our Customer Service Advisors.

International orders: The sender will be responsible for all customs and duties fees required to send the product(s) back, of which these will not be refundable.

Refund Restrictions

Any delivery costs related to the original order will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or imperfect. Where the delivery of an order is refused by the customer, we may deduct from the refund both the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

In the case of returning "bonus" products (i.e. free gifts, a gift with purchase, bonuses, etc...), refunds or store credits will only be issued for the value charged (if any) for the item on the original order.

For example: If you received a free product with a £50 order, returning the free product alone will not result in any credit. Similarly, if a purchased product that included any "bonus" products is returned, the bonus products must also be returned in order to receive a credit for the purchased product.

Additionally, certain charges are non-refundable, including, but not limited to: Gift Certificates.

Order Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please call our friendly Customer Service Advisors as soon as possible. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed (i.e. packed and despatched), it may be too late to cancel the order. However, you can return the order once it is received. In the event you refuse an order after it has been despatched, you will be responsible for any delivery charges related to that order.
