Order Tracking

With every order you place at our website, you will receive two emails from "wwrd.uk@wwrd.com":

1. An Order Confirmation Email should arrive in your inbox immediately letting you know your order was received.

2. A Despatch Confirmation Email, including tracking details will be sent to alert you when your order leaves our warehouse.

NOTE: Multiple Despatch Confirmation emails may be received in the event your order requires split deliveries.

Additionally, Registered Customers can check the status of their order, as well as view tracking numbers by logging into their account. Unregistered customers (i.e. customers who checkout as a "Guest") may contact our Customer Service Advisors for tracking details.

Order History

Our website offers the convenience of shopping Waterford, Wedgwood and Royal Doulton at the same time, while using a using a single basket and checkout. For security purposes, we have not saved any old passwords from our prior websites. Therefore, customers who previously shopped the U.K. versions of Waterford.co.uk, Wedgwood.com and RoyalDoulton.com will need to register as a new customer to gain access to our new "multi-branded" website. Additionally, orders placed on any of our three U.K. websites prior to January 25, 2011 will not appear in your order history.
