No. A line or cord is not considered a flaw. This almost invisible difference in the density of the crystal occurs during the fusing of molten crystal. Although visible when it reflects light, the cord disappears when a goblet or vase is filled with water.
Tiny bubbles the size of a pin point sometimes form in the fusing or melting process and do not affect the quality of the piece. Such slight variations are natural results of handcrafting.
Most parts on Waterford lamps are standard lighting pieces and can be found at any lighting store.
18/10 stainless steel is the European standard of excellence for stainless steel cutlery. Referring to the amount of chromium (corrosion resistance) and nickel (provides luster and allows for great detail) used within the making process - 18% chromium and 10% nickel.

Always the perfect choice! Our gift certificates are sent securely to the recipient via email and are redeemable online at any time. The recipient can use all or part of the gift certificate at once, and we will maintain your balance as store credit ready for your next purchase. Or the recipient can use the entire gift certificate toward a larger purchase and pay the balance with a credit card. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Yes, of course. Simply search for "clock faces" using the search box at the top of the Waterford or Wedgwood shop pages. We currently sell clock faces for the following brands: Waterford, Wedgwood, Marquis, Stuart Crystal and Masons. We will be adding clock face replacements for Royal Doulton and Royal Albert soon. All clock face replacements are despatched from our Customer Services office in Stoke-on-Trent, England and will therefore arrive separate to any other product ordered online.
