1. Can you provide me with valuations for selling or insurance purposes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give valuations for any purposes for products manufactured by ourselves. We suggest you contact your local antiques dealer to obtain a valuation.

2. Can you help me identify a product or pattern?

Due to our small team of Customer Care Advisors we don't always get the chance to search for products or patterns through back-catalogues or are unable to provide the information requested within required timeframes. May we suggest you try the following sites for more information before contacting us:

3. I have purchased a clock in the past but the clock face needs replacing, can you help?

Yes, of course. Simply search for "clock faces" using the search box at the top of the Waterford or Wedgwood shop pages. We currently sell clock faces for the following brands: Waterford, Wedgwood, Marquis, Stuart Crystal and Masons. We will be adding clock face replacements for Royal Doulton and Royal Albert soon. All clock face replacements are despatched from our Customer Services office in Stoke-on-Trent, England and will therefore arrive separate to any other product ordered online.

4. I purchased products a while ago but now one of them has broke, do you have any replacements?

We tend only to have excess stock of recently discontinued items available for purchase via our website within our Discontinued sections for each brand (Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton) , stock of older patterns or products may be available from our Outlet Store in Stoke-on-Trent (Call +44 (0)1782 284056), alternatively you can try Replacements.com Replacements.com or search for other replacement tableware or collectable services online.

If the breakage is due to a manufacturing fault and you still have proof of purchase please use the contact us form above or call us on +44 (0)1782 40 40 45 to discuss what options we can offer you.

5. I'm having problems registering or logging into the site, can you help?

Sure, simply call +44 (0)1782 40 40 45 between 9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. We will try our best to help so that you can update your details as you wish. Alternatively, we are capable of placing orders over the telephone as well as being able to help with after sales services.

6. What are your recommended washing detergents?

We maintain this list of Approved Dishwasher Detergents that we have tested and recommend for use on our products. We also recommend reading our Product Use & Care guide for information regarding our products.
