Each piece in the collection is decorated using a pattern and design representing some of the most iconic styles and colours of each decade. Inspired by the post-war optimism of the 1950s, the 1950 Festival Hostess Set is decorated with motifs of typically English flowers such as blue harebells, daffodils and snowdrops, on a pale blue background and framed by rich 9-carat gold trim.
